Agrociencia Uruguay is an open-access journal that publishes two volumes each year with unpublished articles, reviews (by invitation only) and technical papers, on agricultural sciences, plant and microbial biotechnology, plant production, plant protection, natural and environmental resources, animal production and pastures, social sciences, rural sociology and agricultural economics, and food technology.
