Revista de Derecho is a biannual, academic, international, and refereed publication, which offers original and unpublished articles on Public and Private Law and other legal sciences, such as Philosophy of Law. The objective of Revista de Derecho is to provide a real opportunity for all jurists and those interested in legal matters, Uruguayan and foreigners, to publish and have access to articles of high academic level, jurisprudence notes, relevant sentences and bibliographic novelties on current legal issues for the profession, teaching and research.
