ACCESS TO THE JOURNAL

Publication in Revista de Derecho is free of charge for authors. The costs of the editorial process are covered by the Universidad Católica del Uruguay. The journal does not charge for subscriptions; access to the full text of published articles is free of charge.

Revista de Derecho publishes articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese. In the case of articles submitted in English and Portuguese, once they are accepted for publication, the authors are committed to ensure the professional quality of the final version of the text.

This journal provides open access to all its content, based on the principle that providing the public with free access to research helps a greater global exchange of knowledge. Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) users have the right to view, download, store, print, search, index and link to the texts, as long as  the original source and the person in charge of its authorship is cited in all cases and situations.
