The Journal of the Faculty of Law of the University of the Republic is an annual, peer-reviewed academic publication that aims to contribute to the development of legal science and the social sciences by promoting critical and pluralistic analysis of relevant topics in the various areas of law. The Journal is composed of the following sections: doctrine (research or doctrinal articles), jurisprudence or annotated norms, student articles, reviews, and information, the latter two of which are non-reviewed.
