The objective of this paper is to identify and analyze the documentary series related to art in the different ecclesiastical archives that today make up the Catholic Church (diocesan, cathedral, monastic, conventual, charitable, seminary, etc.). The result of this analysis will allow us to know exhaustively the ecclesiastical entities that guard documentation related to artistic issues and offer researchers possible lines of investigation based on the analysis of the aforementioned documentation.
