In the area of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the right to housing was outlined jurisprudently with particular edges in relation to its judicial enforceability. We therefore believe that a good reading of the praetorian framework is necessary for a better visualization and understanding of the right to housing as an enforceable right. In this way, this work asks about the state of relevant jurisprudence and analyzes it in a quasi-exegetical way, commenting on it. The perimeter of selected cases corresponds to those that are sufficient to show the jurisprudential contours and that allow the understanding of the jurisprudential policy on the matter.
