Palliatives cares are actions that your goal is to alleviate suffering and promote the quality of life of patients with life-threatening diseases. The study aimed at the data’s survey about the scientific production on practices and perspectives of health professionals involving palliative care. Literature review at the bases: SciELO, LILACS and Medline covering the period from 2010 to 2015. Descriptors: "Palliative Care" and "Multidisciplinary Team". A total of 14 articles were fully evaluated, which are categorized as follows: Principles and practices that guide team assistance with patients in palliative care; The conceptual and methodological challenges of multi-professional teams in the practice of palliative care; Perspective of the team in situations of patient’s imminence of death. It is concluded that, despite the vast production about palliative care, the focus on professional’s vision, although essential to care, has been preeminently focused on the technicality of practice.

Palavras-chave : Palliative care; multidisciplinary team; hospital.
