The issues addressed in this article refer to the problems of work in the audiovisual industry, specifically in the advertising film production sector located in Argentina. In this particular productive context are observed extremely unstable forms of work related to the labour outsourcing policies. In this context, the article shows how these highly flexible working conditions, which are widespread in the audiovisual industry at the international level, are combined in the case analyzed with a process of strengthening of the institutional regulation of work and defense of workers in the workplace
