Por ello, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar en las políticas educativas los propósitos y las condiciones para implementar la investigación en la labor docente y en la formación inicial en Chile y Colombia. Enmarcada en el enfoque cualitativo, se realizó un análisis documental en el que se revisaron 11 documentos. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron como responsabilidad docente en ambos países: la labor de investigar sobre su práctica y la disciplina que se enseña, así como el fomento del desarrollo de habilidades investigativas en los estudiantes de todos los niveles del sistema educativo. En Colombia se menciona con mayor detalle las condiciones para incentivar la investigación docente, mientras que en Chile no se expone en profundidad la acción de investigar, pero sí se resalta la reflexión y la innovación]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Teacher research has become a duty, a responsibility, and a challenge in educational practice. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the purposes and conditions for implementing research in teaching and initial training in Chile and Colombia within educational policies. Framed in a qualitative approach, a documentary analysis was carried out, in which 11 documents were reviewed. The results showed that in both countries, as a teacher responsibility, it is important to research their practice and the discipline they teach, as well as to promote the development of research skills in students at all levels of the education system. In Colombia, the conditions for encouraging teacher research are mentioned in more detail, while in Chile, the action of researching is not deeply explored, but reflection and innovation are highlighted]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: A pesquisa docente tornou-se um dever, uma responsabilidade e um desafio no trabalho educativo. Por isso, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar nas políticas educacionais os propósitos e as condições para implementar a pesquisa no labor docente e na formação inicial no Chile e na Colômbia. Com base na abordagem qualitativa, realizou-se uma análise documental, na qual foi feita uma revisão de 11 documentos. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram como responsabilidade docente em ambos países: a tarefa de pesquisar sua prática e a disciplina que leciona, bem como o fomento do desenvolvimento de habilidades de pesquisa em estudantes de todos os níveis do sistema educacional. Na Colômbia, são mencionadas com mais detalhes as condições para incentivar a pesquisa docente, enquanto no Chile a ação de pesquisar não é explicada em profundidade, mas destaca-se a reflexão e a inovação.]]></p></abstract>
