La identificación de la causa y el mecanismo preciso de la descompensación permitió el tratamiento adecuado de la complicación intraoperatoria.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: We have analysed, through the description of 4 clinical cases of hepatic orthotopic transplant surgery, the causes of hemodynamic instability through the intraoperative use of transesophageal echocardiography.
