This article proposes to visualize the cracks in the citizenships, which places the communities in situations of vulnerability in environmental, social, economic, political and heal terms. For this reason, some differential impacts will be analyzed, in the environmental problems, which call for taking into account there relationships established between the intersectionality of gender, environment, territory and Human Rights. Likewise, the territorial inscription and the right to the city will be presented as fundamental aspects of environ mental citizenship, both condition the perspective of development and equity in the way of living and dying in segregated urban spaces. Finally, the state powers are urged to direct their actions based on the right to differences in favor of the implementation of Human Rights "territorializingcitizenship and citizenship of territories".
