Abstract

FERNANDEZ MASSARA, Belén. Interactive technologies and re-territorialization processes in the global context. Rev. urug. Antropología y Etnografía [online]. 2016, vol.1, n.2, pp.89-100. ISSN 2393-7068.

In the context of digital convergence (Jenkins, 2008), the entire culture becomes the extent that the information and communications technology traverse the various fields of social life, that does not refer some apparatus but to an array of experiences, languages and forms of socialization. This is a preview of the ongoing investigation, which is part of an interdisciplinary perspective between the field of communication/culture and social anthropology, to understand the scope and ways of implementing the policies of digital inclusion in Argentina, whose paradigmatic case is the Conectar Igualdad Program. The questions that guide us are in this case: what terms the representations involved in technological uses convene traditional or alternative ways of thinking education as a cultural space, and urban public service?

Keywords : TIC’s; Education; Digital; Urban Space.
