In this Editorial, I understand it appropriate to highlight three important points behind this issue of the Revista de Derecho. On the one hand, the outstanding technical editing work carried out with great dedication and professionalism by the University Publications Center, through the technical editors of this magazine. On the other hand, the also outstanding work that this issue featured by Joaquín Otormín, a second-year Lawyer student, who was interested in this behind the journal and embarked on helping scientific publishing as an honorary collaborator. Third, the projected tribute that in this and the next issue is specified, 75 years of Law 10783 of September 18, 1946, called the Law of Civil Rights of Women.
