This approach is motivated by the need for a special treatment of the usufruct of the right of credit, given the absence, lack, or lack of interest that it has for the doctrine (of some countries). I believe - and I am convinced - that something evidently escapes the science of law, and the doctrine, by ignoring a topic that has a certain autonomy and its own qualities such as the usufruct of rights and more specifically the usufruct of the right of credit if this is possible. precision or "change of function".
