With the constitutional reforms of 2008 and 2011 in Mexico, the victim has acquired a new role in the adversarial criminal procedure, situation in which played an important role the Victimology, do criminal and the maximization of human rights; by what the victim who had been excluded today is considered as procedural an important catalogue of rights deriving from the national legislation and international treaties, so it is emphasized the reparation of the damage and implemented restorative justice, placing the elements necessary for the no-victimation
