This paper is about constitutional supremacy, the chilean constitutional justice and the inadmissibility of the action of inapplicability to control the vices of form. This is based in the particular nature of the unconstitutionality of form and the action of inapplicability which controls the application of a legal precept in a specific case from the unconstitutional effects of such application can produce.
