In this paper, the author does a succinct analysis of the new tendency, that goes back togather the Civil Right and the Commercial Right. His purpos is to show the suitability of the unification of the Private Right. It takes into account the Argentinian reform, that went in in force in August 2015, to review the Uruguayan rule
