Abstract

IZAGUIRRE, Primavera. New Orchid Species for Uruguay: Second Contribution. Epiphytic Plants. Agrociencia Uruguay [online]. 2013, vol.17, n.1, pp.22-35. ISSN 1510-0839.

Six species and a new variety of epiphytic orchid genera: Acianthera Scheidw, Capanemia Barbosa Rodrigues, Gomesa R. Brown, Trichocentrum Poeppig & Endl. and Campylocentrum Bentham have not been cited before for Uruguay. Descriptions, illustrations, geographical distribution data, identification keys, herbarium references, and information regarding their conservation status are presented.
