This research focused on developing an evaluation of the architectural proposal of four mental health centers for children with developmental disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), such as in Peru. Thus, a qualitative approach methodology was applied based on case study design, selecting four architectural proposals from the period 2018-2022, which were analyzed using a documentary review. Among the results, it stands out that there is a tendency to incorporate the typology of the land and the community conditions in the form of the building to give balance to the spaces and a perception of tranquility and relaxation, which is accompanied with shades of colors between cold and warm interior and exterior of the building and the combination of natural and artificial light to give an appropriate visual quality. In addition, there is a clear intention to reduce the disruption that the patient involves when moving from one place to another, which is why elements such as colors, shapes and sizes are used so that the flow of circulation is delicate and calm. It is concluded that these proposals should improve aspects such as acoustics, safety and the type of furniture to be used and reinforce the separation between pediatric centers for children and adults.
