Faced with the need to resolve the problem that arises from the conflict of laws over time in the field of private international law, it is possible to affirm that, given the circumstances of our discipline, it is not possible to accept a single method to solve such conflict, but that there is a plurality of methodological strategies, adapted to the sources, needs and objectives of each subgroup of which it is composed and, more precisely, in the growing specialization of certain areas of it.
