Abstract

GORJON GOMEZ, Gabriel de Jesús  and  SALDANA RAMIREZ, Hilda Sandra. The reparation of the damage as an element of restorative justice in domestic violence within the family context, from the perspective of the General Law of Victims: Nuevo León Case, Mexico. Rev. Fac. Der. [online]. 2022, n.53, e202.  Epub June 01, 2022. ISSN 0797-8316.  https://doi.org/10.22187/rfd2022n53a3.

Given the presence of the constructs of restorative justice in the measures of integral reparation of the damage mentioned in the General Law of Victims, concatenated with other existing legal foundations that support it, as well as by the legal operation that grants and supports a philosophy restorative, the restorative approach of reparation of damage is developed in the Mexican criminal process in cases of family violence, particularly in women who are victims of partner violence.

Keywords : restorative justice; reparation of damage; family violence.
