Starting from an extended process of fiscal deficits and very important public indebtedness, we notice the beginning of a process of incorporation of constitutional provisions to reverse this reality. After analyzing the problems and the main solutions of comparative law, the author concludes on the convenience of incorporating this type of clauses, though defined with interdisciplinary approaches. He ends up facing the problems implied in the compatibility of human rights with fiscal balance.
