Abstract
FERNANDEZ RAMIREZ, Lucia. News Regarding the Court Record ́s Certificate and its Impacts on the so-called "Care Tasks". Rev. Fac. Der. [online]. 2020, n.49, e115. Epub Nov 01, 2020. ISSN 0797-8316. https://doi.org/10.22187/rfd2020n49a15.
This article delves into two main objectives. First, to show the latest legislative developments on the presentation of judicial records certificates for jobs that involve care tasks. Second, to promote the need to make care visible, as a right and as a social function. This implies the possibility of receiving and providing care in conditions of equality and quality. For this, it is necessary to formalize employment in this sector of activity, improve working conditions and provide training so that the service is of quality. The text is structured in four parts, an introduction and three sections. The introduction presents the subject and the normative background, as well as the background and scope of application of Law 19.791 (2019). In the first section, an approach is made to the incidence of these regulatory developments in the care work area. The second section investigates the compatibility of these novelties with the Uruguayan legal system.
In the last section, the conceptual foundations of the subject are presented. Finally, some reflections are exposed.
