The control of the sanctioning acts of the Public Administration is an interesting topic which has generated among those who has gone into it studies some different judgement. The cuban contraventional regulations has limitations that currently affect the adequate control of this kind of administrative acts, which has caused a set of inconveniences in the practical order. In matter of Agrarian Law there are different legal dispositions that regulate contraventions, among which the Decree Law 125/1991, the Decree 203/1995 and the Decree Law 232/2003 are analyzed in the present work. In relation to these legal rules, it refers to the possibilities of control of these sanctioning acts, principal limitations and consequences. In the same way, some considerations are established with the purpose of improving its current configuration in which a way to propitiate the adequate control of these acts as well as the protection of the rights and interests of citizens.
