Resumen

DE ROSAS ANDREU, Jaime. A Look to the Evolution of the Concept of Law and the Fracture of the “Chain Novel” Idea in Ronald Dworkin's Theory. Rev. Fac. Der. [online]. 2019, n.47, e110.  Epub 01-Dic-2019. ISSN 0797-8316.  https://doi.org/10.22187/rfd2019n47a15.

This article shall report a redefinition of the concept of law proposed by Ronald Dworkin in his work Law’s Empire, since after his last publication (Justice for Hedgehogs), he modifies it substantially. It will be argued that there is an evolution in his treatment of justice that consists in delimiting increasingly judicial discretion, commencing with a position of permanent interpretation towards the consolidation and freezing of the interpretative concepts of law.

Palabras clave : Interpretation; Moral; Moral Realism; Skepticism; Truth.
