Abstract

Undoubtedly, the inheritance division process aims to divide the hereditary wealth among those who have the right to reach an effective agreement. A comparative analysis of the institution under study, the general view of the diversity of legislative treatment to which this process is subject, which then follows the particularities of each country. Nonetheless, this article offers a characteristic, from the Cuban prism of the dividing process of inheritance, from a theoretical perspective and comparative law.
