Within the framework of the 40th anniversary of the national system for the Integral development of the family (DIF Nacional), in this work there are different aspects related to the evolution of this organism since the year of 1977 to the present, mainly, the Challenges in the culture of peace through the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and restorative practices in family matters in the face of increased rates of family violence, safeguarding the interests of vulnerable groups such as girls children and adolescents, dependent persons involved directly or indirectly in the family conflict, such as people with disabilities or older adults.
