Education is a vital part of the inner essence of the individual that makes up your personality. As well, the free development of the personality of the subject is instituted in inalienable right linked to knowledge and experiences.

The exercise of the right to education reaches a certain value as an adjunct of the intellectual and personal growth of the individual. An education in values not only promotes the free development of the personality, but also of the autonomy of the individual.
