The main intention of this work, is to approach the idea of the existence of an unequivocal relationship between moral-ethics and deontology, with respect to the legal professions in general and, in particular, with the profession of the legal profession.

In this sense, acquires a focus analysis on the nature of ethical norms and instruments that enable the effectiveness of these codes. Therefore, although ethical standards could actually found in this intermediate stage between law and morals, once nature in a code, they establish a framework of principles and professional duties of mandatory. Ethics thus, legitimizes a professional scope that affects society valued and sensitive materials. This applies a minimum ethical spirit in a context of everyday professional life that enables greatly in his performance the legal operator, ensuring that society in which exerts, a quantum of moral and legal guarantees as the main safeguard of his acting profession.
