The present work aims to serve as a guideline for setting down the types of existing occupational hazards, which are inherent to every company, regardless of the type of service performed by the worker, since there will always be a certain risk for the worker, to a greater or lesser extent, when it comes to the development of his work. This does not imply that there is a direct equivalence between work and risk as a result of the activities performed during the workday, but there are indeed a potential risks which are more likely to occur under favorable conditions. Moreover, this work also aims to provide a general overview of the main sources of prevention of occupational risks, which play an extremely important role for any company as it includes the necessary tools in order to limit the causes of occupational risks. In that way, the appropriate course of action when having an occupational accident can be determined. Below are detailed aspects related to the prevention of occupational risks. This work constitutes a comprehensive guide for every employer who is interested in safeguarding his company and his workers.
