An analysis of Argentina’s legislation regarding the regulation, control and sanction of business activity related to unregistered labor, concerning the laws 26.940 and 26.941. A consideration of the results since the year 2003 and the alternative proposals in the light of union representation within the company and the improper stability of the private worker.
