The report presents the development of an electronic registration model for the Virtual Nursing Consultation (CEV), intended for mobile devices, called SISENF. The working group formed in 2020 focused on three fundamental axes for its development: joint work within the Faculty of Nursing, selection of the assessment model, and alignment with interoperable standards. CEV is a tool that allows remote care, bringing patients closer to nursing professionals. Digital technology can improve care and telemedicine can be a solution to provide a quality virtual healthcare response to the population. The SISENF application is a platform that allows the electronic registration of the virtual nursing consultation, which facilitates access to quality care from anywhere. The valuation model selected for CEV is Virginia Henderson's Theory, which focuses on the patient's independence and ability to meet their basic needs. The construction of a calculation table included the selected variables and their respective categories, the computer recording mode, the classification by type of indicator, the indicators and the alarms. The alignment with interoperable standards will allow the integration of the application with other health systems. The importance of digital technology in care and the need to protect people's information online is highlighted. The SISENF platform ensures the protection of patient information and complies with information security standards.
