Abstract

GUERRERO AZPEITIA., Luis Arturo. Ethics and training of professionals in international trade. InterCambios [online]. 2022, vol.9, n.2, pp.68-77.  Epub Dec 01, 2022. ISSN 2301-0118.  https://doi.org/10.29156/inter.9.2.9.

The objective of this research was to characterize the perceptions about ethics in international trade and logistics professionals in the process of training. This task was based on the theoretical positioning of various authors such as Duart (1999), Lozano (1999), Yurén (2013), Hirsch and Torres (2013), who recover the relationship between ethics and the professional field. Regarding the collection of data, an instrument was applied with open questions and under the modality of Likert scale with the intention of exploring the work context, ethical perceptions and ethics in the exercise of the profession. With regard to the processing of information, the analysis of multiple correspondences was used as the main technique to establish the relationship between the analytical categories. The main results show the relationship between perceptions of ethics, work performance and experience in the productive/social sector of the agents.

Keywords : ethics; professional ethics; professional training.
