Abstract

The present work has as general objective to describe some of the challenges and tensions associated with the teaching task in instances of pre-professional training, in a particular area of ​​performance, such as that of the psychomotor clinic. The practices to which reference is made, recreate for the student in training, an eventual space of labor insertion. Some of the strategies that are considered best fit for the development of a task that is both teaching and assistance are mentioned. It is interesting to address some of the particularities that cross and organize the relationship established between the teacher and the students, as well as the place that the patient occupies in these spaces. Specifically, the aspects that are understood must be hierarchized in the formation of students in relation to the encounter with the other. In this regard, the Lévinas proposals are considered, as they constitute interesting contributions to think about the practice, by placing the patient in the centrality of the scene, rescuing the singular presentation of any clinical situation and the associated unavoidable responsibility.
