Supernumerary teeth are described as the excess of teeth, when compared to the normal teething. All the supernumerary teeth should be removed, once respected the ideal moment for the surgical removal, evaluating need and opportunity. The authors describe a clinical case of a girl that had attendance in the Baby Clinic FO/UFGRS at the age of six months. In this child it was verified the presence of two supernumerary elements, cross bite and maxillary deficiency. Facing this diagnose, an orto-surgical planning was indicated. It was observed that the precocius clinical-radiographic diagnose was of great importance to detect the presence of the supernumerary element and of the dental malocclusion. A multidisciplinary treatment plan was made necessary, in order to settle down the ideal treatment sequence
