MONTOYA, María Soledad  y  LEZAMA, Francisco. The reproducibility of learning situations in a teacher reflection workshop. Cuad. Investig. Educ. [online]. 2016, vol.7, n.1, pp.41-54. ISSN 1510-2432.

In this paper we explore a strategy for professional development of primary school teachers who prepare math classes, based on the deepening of theoretical concepts and their use. The purpose was to identify elements of the teaching work when teachers reflect about reproducibility of teaching and learning situations designed by them and applied in different scenarios. The scenarios are different group of students between 12 and 13 years old in different schools. The study takes, as a theoretical reference, the didactic situations theory, giving support to construct reproducibility, anthropological theory of the didactic and reflection of conceptualization. It is a case study which is tracked to four teachers that work in the design of teaching and learning situations on the Pythagorean theorem, as part of a course for their professional development. Methodologically construct lesson study was used to perform the reflection on the class designs and reproducibility. The results reveal that teachers move through their reflection and discussion on their work in the classroom, which improve teaching and learning situations and their classroom management. In addition, it is found that teachers set certain elements for implementing their classes or lessons in different scenarios to achieve similar results.
