The results of an investigation on the impact of PCI system in three schools are presented through the study of four organizational dimensions that affect learning: communication, climate, teaching, and learning and personal satisfaction. Besides, there is evidence to say that teachers perceive the PCI system as a contribution to improve his school. Statistical analysis did not reveal that there is statistically significant difference between them related to their size and/or population they serve, and versatility of the system has been noted
