The following article proposes some ideas for teacher’s education in the area of inclusive education. In this regard, three points are developed. First, it shows the conceptual change from the equity and equality to the inclusive education. Second, it highlights the importance of teachers for reaching inclusive education. Third, it proposes some ideas for teachers training from a set of learned lessons in a school reentry program called “La Escuela Busca al Niño” (EBN) (The School Seeks the Child) in Medellín, Colombia
