Abstract

WEISZKOHN, Clara. Work diversification and fragmentation in the Hypermodernity. Psicol. Conoc. Soc. [online]. 2016, vol.6, n.2, pp.7-28. ISSN 1688-7026.

Work in the Hypermodernity is characterized by fragmentation and diversity of forms of employment, where coexist typical conditions of wage industrialism, with informality, social employment policies, next to self-managed enterprises collectively, among others. Such polarization and discontinuity produces several social imaginary, social representations in construction, and labor identities in movement. Psychosociology Clinical and Sociology Clinical are the epistemology and methodology perspective from which the investigations were conducted, articulated with teaching and university extension activities. Hiperpresencialty of the work, uncertainty, juxtaposed labor trajectories; weak subjectivity construction and fragile links; pleasure and suffering at work; and great difficulty to develop collective subjects; are the main results obtained in the process of co-construction knowledge whith workers themselves.

Keywords : Work; Hipermodernity; Fragmentation.
