Resumen

This article presents results of the Master Thesis "La invención en la práctica del Maestro Comunitario". The methodology consisted of a etnography made from a public school of Montevideo over 2013 with  team of "community teachers" (Maestras Comunitarias). We perceived the ambiguity of therm as "community" and "community staff". The research guide was to understand wath mean that they call "the ommunitary" and how they work with it. We found that the term refers a different situations for which they're not prepared, not they as Community teacher or the School as institution. Through Deleuze’s concept of event we ask ourselves how is this embodied the event of "the communitary", by viewing the answer in the etnography process lived for the researcher and the teacher's experience, as well of the others workers from the neighbourhood where the research was performed.
