The accurate study and management, is very important due to the high morbidity and mortality if not diagnosed and treated promptly. The development in knowledge of risk factors as thrombophilia among others, has been of great diagnostic importance. Controlled randomized studies with a big number of patients are still lacking, to define the optimal last of treatment according to each case.
