Variables were measured through the Family Quality of Life Scale ([ECVF] Summers, Hoffman, Marquis, Turnbull & Poston, 2005), and the Parenting styles and dimensions questionnaire, ([PSDQ] Robinson, Mandleco, Olsen & Hart,1995). The sample was composed of 46 families including father, mother and son / daughter, (11 - 13 years old), in a private basic school of  Chillán, Chile, exhibiting behavioral problems at school.
