Summary Pleuropulmonary blastoma is a rare and aggressive tumor which affects children at early ages. The case of a 3-year-old male patient that was diagnosed right lung pleuropulmonary blastoma. in our hospital is presented. Pediatricians and other specialists should have information about therapy and current trends on this kind cancer which lasts for a long time
