Patterns are agreed on basic terminology for the interpretation of children chest x-ray, with an emphasis on a bacterial origin, in such a way as to create a common language between the x-ray specialist and the C.P. A co-relations between the pathology and the way the x-ray presentation is established, characterying the elements necessary to re-affirm the existente of a block of lung consolitation.
