Abstract

It is shown the clinical case of a patient with pulmonary hemosiderosis associated with antiglomerular basement membrane antibodies, with alterations in the renal biopsy, configurating the Goodpasture´s syndrome. The precocious diagnostic and treatment determined an advantageous outcome.
