Salt poisoning may be accidental or not (infant abuse, Munchausen by proxy sindromre). The accidental shapes are due to dietetics errors like sustitution sugar for salt, hypertonics solutiones by enteral or intravenous route, sea water ingestion, hypertonic aenemas or for wrong use of oral rehydration salts. In this situation may be generating for wrong oral rehydration salts arrangement, adduce excess, inaccurate indication or weong homely prepare of oral rehydration salts. The result is a severe hypernatremic ingage, with neurology manifestations and complicationes, traying hardness therapeutics. This comunication show the event of an infant with salt poisoning due to wrong oral rehydration salts arrangement, who show the risks of inaccurate indication and making up of oral rehydration salts. The final result of this comunication is to be careful with oral rehydration salts indications in vomits and diarrhoea guide to World Healt Organization norms in oral rehydration therapy. Thoght fully in our medium is not justified homely oral rehydration salts arrangement due to population attainable to healt system.
