We report the case of a female infant that was admitted for heart failure; a dilated cardiomyopathy due to the existence of an anomalous origin of the left coronary artery was diagnosed. The interest of this case is that the diagnosis was made by a multislice tomography whose data were confirmed by cardiac catheterization.
