Cocaine use has significantly increased in recent years, leading to multiple adverse effects on various organs. Although gastrointestinal complications are less common, cocaine-induced acute pancreatitis remains a rare condition. Only nine cases have been reported in the medical literature. We present the case of a 47-year-old male with recurrent episodes of acute pancreatitis and a history of chronic cocaine use. After excluding common etiologies, the diagnosis of cocaine-induced acute pancreatitis was established. This case highlights the need to consider this etiology in patients with a history of cocaine use and recurrent pancreatitis of unknown origin.
