We present a case of relapsing polychondritis, stating clinical and therapeutic issues about a disease that is clinically diagnosed, with the typical signs and symptoms of a systemic disease, and emphasize on the need for a multidisciplinary approach of the patient suffering from an immune-mediates systemic disease.
