Work through platforms demonstrates job insecurity, especially in deliveries, which tend to bring together individuals who have few job opportunities. From the perspective of non-classical work and configurationism, it is confirmed that the work process of delivery workers, in addition to requiring technical aspects in the search for the order and its delivery, requires subjective attitudes in the relationship with the customer, in which he/she also controls this work process. This article will discuss, based on an analysis of the document Termos e Condições de Uso - iFood para entregadores (Terms and Conditions of Use - iFood for delivery people), the interference of customers in the control of the work process of delivery people mediated by the iFood platform.
